In October 2010, the agency BABY BEST FRIEND was born from a simple observation: the lack of reliable and fast solutions in the field of child care in Geneva and its region.

Originally a DATABASE

Babysitters on one side and parents on the other part are subscribing to contact each other. The babysitters can register only after filling-in a detailed questionnaire posted on our website, but without extra control from our part. However, the questionnaire allows us to choose the applications and to establish a relationship of trust with our network of babysitters and parents enrolled. Our goal was to offer a very affordable service and open to many people.

Then in a few months, parents that subscribed for the database contacted us directly to ask us for child care services more personalized and adapted to their situation.

Today A PERSONALIZED SERVICE

We have developed our service to recruit nurses, babysitters and household staff to meet the demands that are growing. This personalized service can cope with the diversity of situations faced by parents. Our recruitment specialists receive the applicant (s) for  interviews and verifies all references.

We have therefore established a network of highly professional people that we place in people who are contacting BABY BEST FRIEND.
